Authentication & User Management

The Angany Portal uses secure authentication powered by Ory Kratos. User management features allow administrators to control access, assign roles, and manage user accounts.

Logging In​

  • Access the portal via your organization's provided URL.
  • Enter your credentials on the sign-in page.

Logging Out​

  • Click your profile/avatar in the top-right corner.
  • Select "Logout" to securely end your session.

User Roles & Permissions​

  • Roles determine what actions a user can perform (e.g., Admin, User, Viewer).
  • Permissions are managed by administrators in the Users section.

Managing Users​

Viewing Users​

  • Go to the Users section from the sidebar to see all users in your organization.

Adding a User​

  1. Click Add User.
  2. Fill in the user's details (name, email, role).
  3. Click Save.

Editing a User​

  • Click the Edit icon next to a user, update details, and save.

Deleting a User​

  • Click the Delete icon and confirm the action.
